Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Salveus Labs website and any products or services we provide, unless a separate signed agreement applies. By using our site you accept these terms.
1. Definitions
"Salveus", "we", "us" means Salveus Labs Ltd. "You" means the individual or organisation using our site or services. "Services" means our advisory engagements and products including IntellAgent™, SLG3, Principled Futures™ and Contendimus.
2. Use of the site
- You may use the site for lawful purposes only.
- You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
- Content on the site is for general information and does not constitute professional, legal or financial advice.
3. Engagements
Specific services are delivered under a separate statement of work or order form that sets out scope, fees, timelines and acceptance. Where those documents conflict with these terms, the signed engagement document prevails.
4. Intellectual property
All site content, brand assets, and our pre-existing methodologies and tools remain our property. Deliverables and their ownership are addressed in the relevant engagement agreement.
5. Fees & payment
Fees, currency and payment terms are set out in the applicable order form. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within 30 days. Late amounts may accrue statutory interest.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only to perform the engagement. This obligation survives termination.
7. Warranties & liability
We provide the site "as is" and the Services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Engagement-specific liability caps are set in the order form.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in its order form, for example on notice or for material breach. Accrued fees remain payable.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
